Deutsche Architektinnen und Architekten präsentieren ihre Projekte in Cannes
Unter dem Motto "Going beyond" öffnet die Weltleitmesse der Immobilienwirtschaft MIPIM vom 12. bis 15.3.2024 erneut ihre Tore für einen Branchenaustausch. Die Messe bringt einflussreiche Akteurinnen und Akteure der internationalen Immobilienbereiche Büro, Wohnungsbau, Einzelhandel, Gesundheit-, Sport-, Logistik- und Industriebau zusammen und bietet einen einzigartigen Zugang zu den wichtigsten internationalen Stadt- und Immobilienentwicklungsprojekten sowie Kapitalquellen.
28 deutsche Architektur- und Planungsbüros präsentieren ihre Kompetenz, Leistungen und neuesten Projekte am Gemeinschaftsstand GERMAN PAVILION „Excellence in Architecture“ in der zentralen Riviera Hall.
Zur traditionellen feierlichen Eröffnung des deutschen Gemeinschaftsstands am Spätnachmittag des ersten Messetages sprechen Herr Torsten Safarik, Präsident des Bundesamtes für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (BAFA), Frau Petra Wesseler, Präsidentin des Bundesamtes für Bauwesen und Raumordnung (BBR) und Herr Fried-Hansel Nielsen, deutscher Generalkonsul in Marseille. Moderiert wird die Veranstaltung von Herrn Prof. Ralf Niebergall, Vizepräsident der Bundesarchitektenkammer. Auch die Bundesbauministerin Klara Geywitz hat sich für Dienstagmorgen, den 12.3. für einen Standbesuch am GERMAN PAVILION angekündigt, um sich über aktuelle Projekte der ausstellenden Büros zu informieren.
Ein Highlight der Messe ist die jährliche Verleihung der renommierten MIPIM Awards. Auch in diesem Jahr sind wieder zwei langjährige Mitglieder im Netzwerk Architekturexport NAX unter den nominierten deutschen Finalisten: Hadi Teherani Architects mit dem Projekt ATMOSPHERE by Krallerhof in der Kategorie Best Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure Project und Grüntuch Ernst Architects mit dem Projekt AERA in der Kategorie Best Office & Business Project.
Alle 28 teilnehmenden Unternehmen des GERMAN PAVILION (Riviera Hall, Stand Nr. R07.G38) werden auf der offiziellen Website des Gemeinschaftsstands veröffentlicht. Der Stand wird zum 15. Mal als Initiative des Netzwerks Architekturexport NAX und der Bundesarchitektenkammer sowie mit Unterstützung des Bundesministeriums für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz und des Verbandes der deutschen Messewirtschaft AUMA realisiert.

„GERMAN PAVILION. Excellence in Architecture“
German architects present their projects at MIPIM in Cannes for the 15th time
This year’s edition of MIPIM, the world's leading trade fair for the real estate industry, will take place from 12 to 15 March 2024. Under the theme "Going Beyond" it will once again open its doors for an industry exchange. MIPIM brings together influential players in the international real estate sectors – offices, residential, retail, healthcare, sports, logistics and industrial – and offers unique access to the most important international urban and real estate development projects and sources of capital.
28 German architecture and planning offices will present their expertise, services and latest projects at their joint stand, the GERMAN PAVILION "Excellence in Architecture", in the central Riviera Hall.
Torsten Safarik, President of the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA), Petra Wesseler, President of the Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning (BBR), and Fried-Hansel Nielsen, Consul General of the Consulate General Marseille, will speak at the traditional ceremonial opening of the German stand. The opening will be moderated by Prof. Ralf Niebergall, Vice President of the Federal Chamber of German Architects (BAK).
Federal Building Minister Klara Geywitz has also announced that she will be visiting the GERMAN PAVILION stand on Tuesday morning, March 12, to find out about current projects from the exhibiting offices.
One of the fair’s highlights is the annual ceremony of the renowned MIPIM Awards. Once again, this year there are two long-time members of the Network for Architecture Exchange NAX among the nominated German finalists: Hadi Teherani Architects with their project ATMOSPHERE by Krallerhof in the category Best Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure Project, and Grüntuch Ernst Architects with their project AERA in the category Best Office & Business Project.
All 28 participating companies of the "GERMAN PAVILION" (Riviera Hall, booth no. R07.G38) will be published on the official website of the joint stand.
Initiated by the Network for Architecture Exchange NAX and the Federal Chamber of Architects and supported by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection and the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry AUMA, the stand will be realised again for the 15th time.
